Greetings!

In 1908, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated was founded at Howard University with a mission to be of “Service to All Mankind.” We are still fulfilling that mission 117 years later. The Nu Sigma Omega chapter was chartered in Tupelo, MS, in 1980. For 45 years we have been serving Tupelo, Lee County and the surrounding areas. We, along with AKAs across our nation and world, are serving communities through our programs.
Our sisterhood takes pride in encouraging scholarship and serving our community and world. As you visit our site, please see ways in which you can help us make a difference in our communities. Additionally, if you know of a need where we can be of service, do not hesitate to reach out to us!
